Matt was very informative on the problem with my water heater and helped me with the warranty stuff. Overnighted part and called to have Matt back to fix. 4 stars because scheduler with company had me wait a day because of employee day off (not Matt’s fault). Matt’s service was great and went out of his way to help me to be better water heater mom...Thanks Matt!!!

Robert is excellent. He knows what he's doing and fixed my problem quickly. Robert explained what he was doing and had great suggestions to make sure my hot water heater works its best for a long time! I'm very thankful he knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it perfectly.

We had used Bumble Breeze before and had a good experience so called them again with an urgent situation. They again did a very good job.
