The two techs from Water Wise (Trainer/Trainee) arrived on the earlier side of the 4-hour window. I received a text & a call before they came. They replaced my leaking garbage disposal with one that has a little higher motor, for the same home warranty trade-call fee. They were both friendly & professional. I also asked if they could please replace the battery pack for the reverse osmosis alarm that had gone off when the disposal was leaking, while they were already under the sink, as it was hard for me to get to it. They graciously hooked it back up for me. Very pleased with everything!
