Jack Dish Plumbing LLC Plumber
Latest project was to have a new kitchen sink installed. As always, the folks at Jack Dish Plumbing were pleasant and efficient from setting up our appointment, to confirming it, and to the technician arriving on time as scheduled. Dan was very professional and performed the work requested in a quality and timely manner. Everything was done to our satisfaction. This is a quality that we always expect and receive from Jack Dish Plumbing. A special tip of the hat to Joey, who took the time to visit with us and discuss the project beforehand. Thank you all!

Left me hanging two times!
In the second, the tech Chris texted me to call another company!
Obviously, the owner has no shame!
Unprofessional! All for a video of the pipes. How are they in business??? Veterans don't deal with this joke!

Bosch Plumbing LLC Plumber
Please forgive me for this very long explanation of my experience with Bosch Plumbing:

Keegan Bosch was hired to repair a leaking pipe, which had lead to a pretty massive flood outside of our home the morning before he showed up to help???

On 08/09/2023, he arrived to our home at early evening, having called to let me know that he was ten minutes away. Although I had described the situation to Mr. Bosch hours before; we did not have a scheduled appointment.

Once Mr. Bosch arrived, and the both of us were looking outside at the dampened area of soil on the side yard; I mentioned to Mr. Bosch that I was still checking for proposals in my email; from two earlier appointments. He then asked me if I wouldn't mind telling him (what their assessments about the damage was.)
I told him that the first plumber who arrived very shortly after I reached out; discussed (repair) of the damaged pipe.

With this plumber, (I had witnessed the water which was previously turned off; come gushing out of the crack in the pipe, once this plumber's assistant turned the water on. So, it could be seen where the leak actually was.) It seemed to me that this action was amazingly clear, simple and honest.

I told Mr. Bosch that the second plumber, spoke of digging further into the yard; as well as cutting and capping pipes. (His bid finally arrived in my email at over $1,000 later that evening.)

With what seemed our last possible chance for running water that evening; I took my chances with Mr. Bosch who charged $175.00 to cut and cap the pipe.

I was uneasy about my choice; as proved to be for good reason: I didn't feel comfortable about his demeanor from the very beginning. He was rushed and seemed impatient. When he put his hand out in a gesture to shake my hand, I noted that he never looked me in the eye; either upon his arrivals or departures.

After Mr. Bosch cut and glued the pipe in question; he left us with the water off for 2 1/2 hours so the glue could dry well enough to turn the water on for a check.

Following his return at about 8:30 pm, once he turned the water back on, there was another flood. He then made the decision to cut and cap another pipe; which he said would be 'on him'. But that pipe mysteriously only needed two minutes to dry; not the 2 1/2 hours the other pipe had needed to dry. After I mentioned the inconsistency, he told me he would leave our water off overnight, and be back at 8:00 am the next morning.

When Mr. Bosch showed up at 8:30 am to check on the pipe he left to dry the night before; my son and I were in the front yard, a decent distance from our home. I watched in amazement as Mr. Bosch was about to walk right in through the front door, well ahead of us. My son got to the door to open it for him.

Mr. Bosch hurriedly, went outside and then came back in to tell us it was fixed. He was super quick, and about to leave before showing us the problem was fixed. So we asked him to go back outside with us to check on it. I then turned on the hose in the back yard, and it seemed all was well. I felt then I must have been wrong and maybe just caught Mr. Bosch on a bad day.

However after he left for good, I found out the hose in our front yard had no running water. I called Mr. Bosch since it was his error obviously. But Mr. Bosch wanted to charge me an additional $250.00 to piece the pipes back together; suggesting that we would then need to do a whole dig to really get to the reason why there was a leak in the first place; (meaning a further unknown amount of money.) So what should have been a very simple repair (diagnosed properly), could have amounted to $175.00 + $250.00 + hundreds in blind digging!

We were out $175.00 plus... more damage/more complication. During this whole ordeal sadly, more was broken by Keegan Bosch than was fixed!

Who else has this happened to???

Superior Plumbing & Drain Plumber
From the people answering the phone to the plumber they sent, Brandon K. I have to say they were awesome, Brandon is a great asset to this company. I had to have 2 appointments due to getting a new counter top.
They showed up the day before to undo all plumbing, and came back the next day as scheduled as put all back to together and replace corroded shut off valves. Brandon is very warm and friendly and took care of everything I needed done.
Thank you very much.....
