I just wanted to give some kudo’s to Kylan. Every time he comes out he is always professional and courteous. He has such amazing customer service and I feel like he deserves a shout out. When ever he comes out to work at Creek Apartments he does an amazing job.

I had a complicated drain issue, and Brandon from Superior came and did the troubleshooting, diagnosed the problem quickly, and addressed it in the most non-invasive way possible. He took care to prevent any messes, wore booties in our home, and cleaned up after himself. He was in uniform, and I received text messages letting me know he was on his way. I would be proud to have him as an employee, and if he is representative of all of Superior’ people, I would highly recommend them.
