Customer service and skills are great! The consult and repair time was faster than other companies we consulted with. We had an old water heater and defective H20 softener that needed replacing.
Everyone likes Hot, or warm water to clense with. Needless, to say No job is to large or small for the Plumbing Kings. The servicemen surpassed our expectations on the repairs. We are glad to have had such a great team to assist us with our water issues.

They fixed my plumbing issue that same day I called and I never had the problem again. Plus they were friendly and on reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again

Danny was Very polite, knowledgeable , explained and analyzed the problem to us. He fixed the faucet right away , then opened up the wall , where the drain leaked, took photos , told us in detail what needed to be done on his return trip. He will comeback with another helper yo install new trap and drain to finish the job. I felt relieved knowing that he will do a good job.

Installation Complete!
Well I have to say that I am more than impressed with this company. I highly recommend them. Although I misunderstood somethings about the humidifier, it is working beautifully and I can set the % with my Nest app. I had an unexpected message on Nest and asked to have a technician sent out. He was great and helped me figure out how to test the system and change my options. He also said that the installation was beautiful. I have to agree. It is completely clean, not cluttered or having strange bypasses, etc.

If you are looking for a company to install new heating, a/c or both I suggest you talk to them before making a decision.

Mid-project update: I chose Ambient Edge and they have begun installing my system. The installer are really nice folks and really know their job. They did an amazing job of covering things and cleaning up when they were done. The heating system is working great. And tomorrow they will be finishing the AC and installing the humidity system.

Original review: I needed a quote for a new HVAC system but I was going out of town in 3 days. I reached out to Lowes and the sent Ambient Edge my way. I got a call back within an hour and had Aaron Brown onsite within another hour. I really appreciated his manner and how detailed he was in his offerings. He had listened to my explanation of what I needed from my system and provided me with a high/standard/low bids. He also provided discounts in his quote that were available at the time. I am still going to get another quote but I am very likely to choose this company for the work.

We replaced dual hot water heaters and the job was done well, on time and on budget.

Had them out to look at a reverse osmosis system that was not working and they offered great suggestions and options to take care of the issue. Very reasonable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!
