I had a water leak and found 24 hour plumber online. I called and he looked at pictures I sent and over the phone he helped me get resolution for the evening so that the leak would stop. I am waiting on warranty company stuff so stopping the leak was important until that could be resolved. He didn’t charge me, just super nice guy helping out someone in need over the phone!
