Bought a new water heater from them and once he was about finished installing it I saw a nice dent on the side of it. I asked the installer, did it come that way out of the box? He said yes it came that way. No discount was offered and he didn't seem like it was a big deal. I should've said I wanted a different one but I needed hot water.

Dan and David were amazing! They responded very quickly when I had an emergency. I had a water leak of 40 gallons an hour, and the plumber that my friend recommended to me; sadly, never showed up for the appointment we made.
I was more than happy when this company came out after 30 minutes. I contacted several different companies which did not provide same day free estimates.
The next day my entire main line pipe was fixed, as well as a leak I was unaware of.

We were steered toward Roto-Rooter plumbing from a previous incident that was covered under our home warranty. Having just moved to Las Vegas we were not sure who to call or which company was reputable. We were impressed with the plumbers that arrived to correct the issue we were having at the time. When my wife found water leaking from a chandelier hanging downstairs, they were the first shop we thought of. The service technician, Jared, arrived as scheduled, quickly identified the issue, and had it corrected within two hours; which we felt was quick considering the nature of the work was between the first and second story of our home. Jared laid out a tarp to collect debris from the ceiling and was quick to clean up before leaving. He extended us a 10% military discount and left us with a bottle of their patented formula that prevents drain build up. We were pleased with the quality of his work and would recommend them to others if asked.

Jaylyn came by first and got to the root of my problem. It wasnt what I wanted to hear but he assured me he would help with this huge project. Samuel was dispatched to fix a toilet repair which was in a very tight place. He did the necessary fix in great time. I am very happy with the standard of work and expertise these guys have. I will recommend Pure Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services in the future.

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

Our installers were awesome (Kyle and Cory), they work so well together and have developed a routine that is very efficient. The guys were thorough, detail oriented, and had a great work ethic! Bulter Construction have a couple of gems representing them! Super job on my two bathrooms!!
