Nice mechanic that said I had to completely replace faucet for a constant drip issue. Got the invoice of 85$ (for the visit) and it notated: “tech arrived and couldn’t locate a faucet with dripping.” There were 4 faucets total with this problem.

We got a new sink that I had taken months to choose the exact one I wanted. I had also chosen my dream garbage disposal and a really nice faucet. When I went to install it the valves leaked and were damaged. I had Alex come to fix those and then something started leaking. He came within hours and found what the problem was and fixed that without a charge. Then we talked about what I would have to do to get my plumbing right because the house was built with the drain pipe twice as high as it was supposed to be. He gave me the cost efficient option to buy a different garbage disposal and fix it myself. He even showed me what he would recommend I use to fix it. I could not bring myself to downgrade my disposal so he gave me a quote to move my pipe to the right spot, but he again informed me that there was a cheaper option to switch disposals.

So long story short I kept my disposal and paid for him to lower the pipe after payday and he got everything taken care of for $200 less than the other quote I received and he even connected the plumbing for the sink after he did the drain relocation. I can honestly say that I have found a company that I will be loyal to as a new homeowner and I think 702plumbing has a gem of an employee and I hope they recognize his dedication and hard work.

Our technicians were great, timely and fast! They told us what they thought the problem would be, how they would fix it, and what they would do if it wasn't the case just by hearing our complaint. They were very experienced and knew what they were doing. There were two of them but think one of their names were Randy. They originally gave us a time frame of 11-3 and would call before they arrived. When they called my husband missed it and ended up calling back a little while later. They originally told us we would have to reschedule but when we expressed it was important for the toliet in that bathroom to work they rescheduled us same day a few hours later.
