I felt completely comfortable doing business with them. Carl was so cool and my service guy TL was so nice. He made me feel relaxed and assured the right thing was being done and cost would be fair. In fact the overall experience made the decision to buy a maintenance plan with Active P&AC easy. I feel we're in good hands and I'm no lo ger concerned with something breaking down.
