Jimmiy was my tech, arrived timely, used shoe covers, was very pleasant. Did his evaluation and thoroughly explained my system needs. Mark D was the advisor and arrived to price the items out. He was NOT pushy or insistent....just the facts. unlike many other companiesI approved the work, it was completed in a timely fashion.
