Second time writing this review—somehow my 1st one was erased yesterday. Typically II write a Google or Yelp review for 1/2 reasons. It was either a great experience or a terrible/unsatisfactory one.So what’s the final grade?! Precision Plumbing and Alex (owner/master plumber) deserve all the the Kudos and stellar reviews! Prompt, efficient, transparent, reasonable rates, courteous and of course an “expert.” Ty Precision and Team! Dennis was awesome! He was very efficient and quick in identifying several problems I had in master bath and Main shut off valve. He was also very friendly and on time. I highly recommend!

We had a sudden clog in the main drain pipe late in the afternoon and as promised they had someone there at the time they stated. This is the second time we've used Roto-Rooter and continued to get the same great service as the first time. Will call again if needed.

Victor called before his arrival and once here, quickly diagnosed the problem with our disposal. He was very courteous & professional.
