The office sent Jesse to come out and find out why we were having problems with loud air flow with my return air system and filter. I told Jesse my problems what my issues were. At the same time we talk about relocating my return grill and increase my flex to 20 inch from the 18 inch as we upside my unit to a 4 ton. This will increase more airflow to the unit. I also had Jesse check why my unit 2nd stag heating was not showing on my t-stat. Come to find out it was never hook up at the unit on roof and t-stat, so now the unit should be more comfortable in home. Thank Jesse.
