Okay let me start off with how great this company is. The staff was easy to make an appointment with. They were respectful in my home, sweet and kind and got the job DONE with no issues.
First we made the mistake of going through our home warranty with ideal services for a clog. They said the problem was unfixable and tried to upsell me for 500+ to unclog it.
I was in a bind with water comming up our bathroom sinks so I reached out to Loyalty Handyman Plumbing Services. They were AMAZING they came that day and unclogged the unfixable problem in just a few minutes. I will most definitely be going through this company again if any other issues occur in my plumbing. There was no hot water coming out of my shower. My home warranty sent out Ideal services to look at the issue. the technician Joey called 15 minutes before coming to my house to make sure I was home. He had all the parts on his truck to fix my shower issue. He was polite and informative on what he was doing. Now I have a working shower and I had a great experience with the technician and with the company. I would definitely use them again.

I am so unbelievably frustrated with this business. I had an appointment yesterday for a leak that needed to be fixed. I found out days before that I needed to reschedule. I’ve been trying to get a hold of this company for at least 4 straight days. Just yesterday I called 14 times and left 4 voicemails. No clue whether they showed up or not which is very uneasy since I wasn’t home. It’s like the business is closed. I tried today again with multiple voicemails again. No clue what is happening but they’re closed or just don’t care. I need my sink fixed!! Been leaking for 2 weeks now! Ridiculous.
