Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for.
