Just wanted to let everyone know that I had a wonderful experience with this company. From the time the technician Chris showed up, he was very honest about the work that needed to be done and gave us an honest and fair price. We had another company come out and quoted us more than double what precision plumbing charged. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called them to replace a broken toilet. Mark showed up earlier then quoted which was fine by me. And he completed them job very quickly. Mark was friendly and explained any issues. He disposed of the old toilet and all box and trash from the new one. I won't hesitate to hire them again.

5 star service!!! We had a plumbing leak in our toilet due to a bad installation, spoke to Casie and got someone out the next day. They sent the technician Anthony out and he was very kind and courteous. Everything was done professionally and fairly quickly. Called to make a payment over the phone and they also offer online payments, Tori from accounting sent me the link and I was beyond pleased!! Easy & stress free

OMG - what a horrible experience! We hired this company to service our commercial swamp coolers. In the spring, they were a no-call no-show. Finally sent someone a couple of days later who proceeded to do more work than agreed upon (without getting approval). Of course, we received a bill for that and numerous calls for months later asking when we were going to pay for it (their office is a mess and when I shared that I'd already spoken to someone, they sounded surprised as they don't keep good records). Then when they came to do the fall service, they sent 2 people, a tweaker and a guy who spoke no English. Those guys did the job wrong. We will never use this company again. Sheesh!!

At least when I called American leak detections they had the ultra sound equipment available when they showed up at the house. Many other companies, came out with no ultra sound equipment to detect your leak. So be careful who you choose to use. Also get multiple bids, my bids ran as high as 6,500, I choose American leak detectors because of there price, I just had the leak capped off instead of having my whole sidewalk and garage torn apart.

Received more than lackluster service from our service guy today. He brought a ton of attitude along with his ‘I know better than you’ demeanor.Argued with my wife about when we purchased our air conditioner from YES! when she had the actual receipt in hand.When she called their office, they attempted to smooth things out. However, this experience has us looking to drop them like a sack of bad potatoes and look for another service.Advice for YES!: We've had great service, but it only takes one time from one guy to ruin it. 5-star last time, this time, sadly a 2.
