Called them on a Thursday and spoke to a guy who seemed nice and knowledgeable. He said he would call me back the next day to try to work me into their schedule. I sent him a text with my name and number and my wife's name and number. He never called back. I have no problem with someone not being able to fit me into their schedule...but just tell me.
