I had made an appointment for them to do a yearly service/inspection for my tankless water heater this past spring. After they did their service, our water heater continued having intermittent issues which they came back for once and said was fixed. Within three months, the water heater issues kept occurring and I spent two weeks trying to get a service call scheduled, but two different associates (Danielle and Michelle) stopped responding to my emails. I decided to go through a different company and they found corrosion in the water heater flame rods/sensors that we weren't made aware the past two times they came to service the water heater.

EDIT: As a reply to the owner's reply - the tech only came back and cleaned the rods for free was because the water heater had issues a week or so after it was serviced. Additionally, we were told that the rods were dirty and not corroded. We were told that we were all set and no mention of any other damage/rod replacement was mentioned.
