Best Routine Maintenance Service in Greensboro NC

We had Williams come out last fall to diagnose and repair a heat pump. They charged for a 'leak test' in addition to the initial diagnostic charge ($175 total for a 'diagnosis'), and in the end were unable to make a definitive diagnosis. Instead of the diagnosis we paid for, they quoted a full system replacement and told us there were no other reasonable options but to replace the system. This full size heat pump was servicing a 300 square foot area. I asked them if there was a more economical way to heat/cool that space. The technician said no, there wasn't. I used an old $40 space heater all winter, and it was fine on the coldest nights. It was just unpleasant coming home to a cold space every day since I didn't want to leave the space heater on all day. I called another company this week, and the problem turned out to be a very simple, inexpensive one, and the person who came to our place commented before he diagnosed the problem that the unit was overkill for such a small space and if we needed to replace it, he would recommend something more economical He also told us that despite the age of the unit, it was in great shape and with the small service area, replacement would not be wise. Williams mislead us about the price of the diagnosis, did not deliver a proper diagnosis and was not able to advise us of a reasonably economical solution to our problem. They either had a skill problem or were simply trying to upsell us.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. He schedules appointments, always on time and he would even work around your availability to have your repair done. I’m giving Carolina Blue Plumbing five stars. Thanks Bill.

I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad. Sunder ended up fixing a plumbing problem we had at our house that multiple plumbers couldn’t figure out. He was always on time and had time to answer any questions or concerns we had. He gave a written out estimate that detailed everything that was to be done and the price estimate. We felt that price was fair especially given the quality of service you receive.
