My wife who was freezing, (since it was 38 degrees outside) was not having it anymore, broke my manly ego and told me that it was time to leave it to the experts. This truly knowledgeable and professional technician, who (made things worse for my ego) figured out the problem in less than 1 minute and fixed it. He took the time to explain the problem, and even though it was late (10 pm), treated us as if we were family and he had nowhere better to be. If Andrew is a true representation of how ARS deal with all of their customers you are then going to be in great hands. Thank you Andrew for the best customer service experience, and for all of the knowledge you imparted on me. I give this company a 5 start review and recommend that you hire them to.
