I moved into my home last year and after some time came up with a list of plumbing fixes and upgrades I wanted done. After doing some research and talking to a few people I kept hearing great things about Shad of CJones! So I got a hold of him and he eventually drove out to my home. He took his time to listen to me and walk around my property with me to discuss the things on my list. He gave me expert advice, thoughts, and nice alternatives, only a plumber of his caliber would know! We then made an appt. for him and another CJones employ, Gilberto, to come out and do the work. They came and conquered! They were so nice, personal, and just superb plumbers all around. I love their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and how efficient they were. Shad even walked me through everything and had me check things out to make sure it all looked good and worked right, and it all turned out even better than I imagined! Bravo gentlemen 👏

Shane is always on time and respectful. He calls or texts before he comes to work on our home. He has done everything from replacing burnt out bulbs, replacing locks, fixing holes in the walls to building a gate for the patio area. Always leaves the area he works in neat and clean. Highly recommended!

These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

When you have a septic issue, you can't wait... for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, every company I called to fix our septic issue told us it would be a week or even more before they could come out. Donahue told me that, too, EXCEPT the gentleman who answered the phone then proceeded to ask me questions about the problem to see if he could diagnose it and suggest a way I could fix it myself. He asked questions, he demanded clear answers, then offered to guide me, step by step, through a process he thought would solve the problem. In other words, instead of having me wait a week and then charging me hundreds of dollars to come out and offer a basic service, he basically told me how I could fix the problem myself. Now, I won't say it was the most pleasant afternoon I ever spent, because, well, septic, hello?, but he was exactly correct in his diagnosis and did successfully tell me how to fix what turned out to be a minor problem- over the phone, without charging me anything. I had a water leak in my laundry room. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate. It was installed the next day. Great job! Reasonable price. Also replaced toilet and faucet in my mother's house. Again, very professional and great job. Will call on them again for all plumbing needs

We found a WINNER! Never really been completely satisfied with previous plumbers. We really like Matthew. He has done work for us at our home and our rental. Very quick to respond, very punctual AND calls when he's on the way. Explains what he believes the problem is and then gets to work to fix it quickly. Very pleasant guy. Would recommend him highly!

Mark sure knows alot about plumbing. He fixed a drain stoppage problem darn near over the phone. He told me on the phone what the problem was and then came out and fixed it. I haven,t had a problem since and it,s been six months.

Les Plumbing has serviced my home for years and they always do excellent professional work. They are very honest and fair. I cannot say enough great things about Eric. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He always goes above and beyond to get the job done. I would highly recommend them, especially if you get Eric!

Reps are too rushed to produce commission and forgetting good customer service. Give flippant delivery dates just to get you out then your job gets jammed when Ferguson supply chain lets you down.

Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. First 3 pics are the guest bathroom, the last 3 are the main bathroom.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
