Justin the owner is a joke. He hung up the phone on me before he even heard the whole story.

Sent them the exact plans and layout info. Then after we agreed on a price and to get on the schedule his employee said he priced it wrong and it’s significantly more.

The customer service that Justin (owner) showed was mind blowing. He didn’t listen and hung up the phone mid conversation.

Please stay far away from this company.

Now the owner is lying saying that plans were sent after the quote. It’s clearly false and happy to post all email correspondence.

Email with it clearly saying in floor layout and attachment was sent on Sunday August 7th and the bid was sent over Thursday August 11th.

So the owner lies to customers as well.

Just take responsibility for your employees actions and take care of your customers. Don’t hang up on them or screw them over again in the future.

You don’t have to lie about it to make your company look better.

Water heater stopped heating. I opted for a new water heater instead of trying to find parts to repair the old. They made it happen all within a day. Patrick and William were both at my house on their last call until late to ensue they got our new water heater in and working. Excellent service and communication from their team.
