Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Preston came right out with 30 minutes of us calling the main office and he diagnosed the issue - NEW Water Heater since ours had a crack. Since it was later in the day he had to do the removal and install the next morning. Preston was at my house early the next day, @ 7:30 am with a new water heater and all the parts, a great attitude and ready to go! We are super happy with his service and with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as a whole. We are customers for life!!

Paul was excellent. He is so nice and did such a great job installing our water heater. Even with the 116 degree heat today, he was always in good spirits. I will highly recommend him to everyone I know. And I will have him do all future plumbing work at our house.
