I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Gabe replied promptly to my request for assistance re: our non-working dryer. Same day service, professional, courteous, thorough, friendly, fair. He took the time to show me the problem(s) and explain his diagnosis/recommendations for repair or replacement. I would definitely call Gabe again and highly recommend One Shot Installation & Repair!
