Mike - once again came to the rescue! He arrived and was prepared to install the new Hero water softener that we had anxiously been waiting for it to be installed as our new water home filtration. He was very professional and knowledgeable with what needed to be done! He took his time and assessed the work area prior to him starting his job at hand. Initially we thought the price was too high but after using the product for about 2wks now, it works very well, so much better than what we had before, family really likes the product, we have noticed a big difference in water quality, and we compared numerous other water softeners around the area and are pleased with the Hero Water Softener.
