It is always strange seeing people writing very positive or very negative reviews having only one or two reviews. If they write so positive with one review only about a business I get suspicious and start asking myself whether they could be fake. Probably they are friends/family or even paid trolls doing them a favour. However, on the other end, if they write very negative about a business I believe they are from competitors trying to kick them out of services or at least trying to give them a bad image.
I had a good experience with Single Source Plumbing despite they could not solve our problem as it went beyond plumbing.
However, they still were friendly and helpful so that I would call them again if I have plumbing problem.

After our home inspection, calcification and build up was found on the exterior pipe of the house connected to the main water shut-off valve. This had not caused any issues or leak detection but obviously was of concern to the buyer. I was very pleased with the repair and level of customer service we received from Pridemark from my initial phone call to request a estimate to completion of service.. Donnie, the owner, is a great guy. Professional, courteous and friendly. His quote was in the middle of the estimates we received but offered a two year parts and labor warranty transferable to the new owner.
