This company is horrible, on service, costumer service and ordering parts and much more. Never return calls to give order or works update. Unprofessional worker and employee. This company are very good wasting home owner times, money and giving a great! amount of stress. They love to take for ever to order a part needed it and to come back to install it pluss 95% they order the wrong part. I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.
