Our experience with Amazing Leak Detection was EXCELLENT!

It began when I first called and spoke with Meghan. She listened to my explanation of the problem with our pool and promptly scheduled a time for them to come out to evaluate the situation.

Michael came out and did an initial test to begin the process of detecting the cause of our pool leak. He gave me the probable cause of the leak.
The next time they came out, Joe (Michael's Supervisor) was with him and the did a more detailed analysis. Joe advised that there could be a couple of reasons for the leak.

By a process of elimination, they were able to discover the cause of our leak. They were very diligent in pinpointing the cause, as it wasn't readily obvious. They took the time to do the job right and were professional in not doing work that did not need to be done. They determined the exact cause of the leak before they did anything. Joe didn't want us to spend money on work that did not need to be done. We certainly appreciated his integrity!

I was impressed by the customer service that Amazing Leak Detection provided. They kept in communication with us as to when they'd be here and what the plan was when they arrived. They were ALWAYS on time.

Their van speeds through our neighborhood every day, even through the school zone. Our kids live and play here. Going 45 in a 25 zone is dangerous.

We recently went to visit a friend Who lives in Peoria AZ. It was a very nice city kind of like Surprise AZ. I love the atmosphere of the whole city. We stayed at our friends house of few days.
While we were there, the toilets got clogged. so we were using the toilet in the master bedroom. Then it got clogged too. :(. My friend look up Peoria Plumbing on her smart phone and called the top 5 there, left Voicemails. Peoria Plumbing Pros called back right away and they were at the house within an hour because they were local. They were very professional and courteous. Both guys had face mask on the whole time and keep a 6ft distance. They got both Toilets fixed fairly quick and their provided excellent value. Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.

Best service and technician Mike was amazing

I was parked next to these guys at a gas station. I had my three I’ll turn on the car and for some reason my car died and would not start. I asked his guys if they had a quick second to help me. But no they couldn’t take a second out of their time to help a lady out. I hope if Their mom or sister or aunt ever get into a situation where they need a jump they’ll be a nice man to help them out is that what you’re supposed to do for your neighbor it’s like Christmas time so I would never ever recommend them or use them or their business

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
