Best Drain Repair in Glendale AZ

I had an extremely high water bill (my water usage was over 3x the normal amount), so I called and/or emailed some plumbers and leak detection companies. Terry at Amazing was not only the quickest to respond (some emails were long after-hours), but he also explained things the best and gave me the most reasonable quote. After a thorough investigation with his equipment, he pinpointed the leak and gave me options.

I opted for the re-route through the attic. He and his crew worked relentlessly through some of the hottest weather in July. I've never seen three guys go through so much iced tea! The amount of work and effort they put into fixing my problem was amazing (pardon the pun), considering how much it cost. They also used top-notch materials for all the parts they installed or replaced. Terry explained stuff to me every step of the way - the what, the why, and the how - instead of just doing unnecessary stuff to pad the bill. I know for a fact it would have cost hundreds, if not thousands more if I would have had a normal plumber do the repairs.

Terry is VERY knowledgeable and gave me plenty of great tips. He guaranteed all his work for a year or two (I can't remember which offhand), but I can tell he's a guy of integrity and would most likely fix anything he worked on even after that period. If you have a leak, I can't recommend Terry enough. This leak - with the outrageous water bill, potential cost of repairs, possible damage to my house, and inconvenience of having to keep shutting the water off to avoid wasting more water - had me TOTALLY stressed out. But after Terry came out the first day and found the leak, my mind was MUCH more at ease.

Mario was amazing!! I called him 2 replace the plumbing and install a garbage disposal under kitchen sink. I called later in the day expecting next day service and he made time to come out same day. He even partially fixed my sink so I could at least use it until his return to do the final fix. Very next day he came out replaced everything AND showed me how to check and clear any future clogs myself as well as how to reset the disposal if needed. He was so kind and informative with great prices... Definitely recommend his business and will be working with him again!!

I live in an older house with my family and we had a bad experience over the weekend. Both of our Toilets were clogged at almost the same time in the middle of the night. We tried our plunger from 99 cent store, but it was not working at all. We had no working Toiets in the house. So I took out my phone and started googling 24hr Emergency Repairs Plumbers. This was in the middle of the night and our toilets had been clogged for a while. I called about 4 peoria plumbers, couple of them answered the phone. One was too pricey, he said because its Emergency repairs and its late. The other one was reasonable and very professional. He came over within an hour and was able to unclogg our toilets with his specialized drain snake in about 30 minutes. What a life saver! Highly Recommended...

Mustang plumbing is a fantastic company to do business with. We were having an awful sewer smell in our home and we called out multiple plumbing services out to inspect and find the source. All either did not believe us or did not look further into the issue except Mustang Plumbing. They did their due diligence to locate the issue (screws drilled through the vent), fix, then follow up on the issue. All while giving us a very reasonable price. We had a newborn son at the time, and they took utmost care to ensure his safety and comfort while conducting the repair as well. The plumber who came to my home provided top-notch service. They were punctual, thorough, and fixed the plumbing problem quickly. I'm grateful for their expertise and would recommend them without hesitation.

I would like to share my experience with Reddi Services/Jan Ashford Plumbing. First let me explain the 2 names. Redi-Services is who I called, but Jan Plumbing is who showed up.

On Sunday September 8th I needed the service of a plumber. I will try to explain my displeasure for the company and service in a chronological order.

I called at 6:30am and they assured that I would be the first job of the day, I was told I would receive a phone call at 8am when Dispatch opened. At 8:30 after no phone call I headed to the store to get the parts to fix the leak myself.
ISSUE 1. They never called back, I had to call them

I purchased the $23 in parts and called Reddi Services back.They said a plumber would be there shortly. I now had bids from other plumbers I had called. Average cost was $100-125
Jan Ashford Plumbing (sent by Reddi Services) showed up around 9:15am. The plumber quoted me $260. I was able to get the price reduced to $221 and agreed to do the work. The Plumber then told me he was going to use my parts I just purchased. I asked if he had his own parts and he said yes, but will have to charge me more.
ISSUE 2. The price was double what I had already been quoted verbally.
ISSUE 3. The plumber asked to use my parts or who would charge me more money than his already inflated price.

The repair took approximately 30 minutes as I was working in the yard nearby and noticed the water was back on. I walked over and he said it was done. It was then I pointed out that his repair was leaking. He seemed frustrated and said he would have to charge me for more parts to fix the leak.
ISSUE 4. I had to point out the leak to the plumber. I paid for a professional to fix the issue without leaking.
ISSUE 5. The Plumber wanted to charge me more money to fix his faulty work.

Another 30 minutes went by and he was able to finally fix the leak. I asked him to cover the pipes back up and he acted as if he was doing me a favor and then used my tools to do it.
ISSUE 6. I didn't expect attitude to cover the pipes back up. If I had not asked they would have left with the pipes exposed in the ground. They didn't bring any tools to do this, so I guess they are not equipped to fix repairs under the earth.

I now I had several bids returned back to me from other plumbers. All were less than $150 to do the repairs based upon several pictures provided and descriptions of the work needed. At this point I felt as if I was being price gouged. The repair if he had done it correctly the first time only took 30 minutes as I had most of the prep work done. With me supplying the pipes and fittings that means I would have been charged $442 per hour. My cost was $221. Reddi Services states they don't charge a trip charge and will give you a free estimate. Let me repeat that. If he had repaired it correctly the first time in the 30 minutes, I would have been charged $442 dollars per hour (1/2 hour at $221). Even with having to cut his leaking repair off and re doing it was just over an hours work. This was still over $200 per hour for a plumbing job that most plumbers in AZ charge 80-90 per hour for labor.

We are a smoke free family, and while I was working outside, I could smell cigarette smoke. I found the plumber sitting on the ground smoking while he was working.
ISSUE 7 The plumber was smoking on my property while working.

I tried to pay with a credit card and was told I would be charged 10% so I paid in cash.
ISSUE 8. wanted to charged 10% extra to pay in credit.

I contacted Reddi Services to express my concerns I have outlined above. The end result was an offer of $40 refund not the $100 I requested. I declined the $40.
ISSUE 9. I attempted to resolve this with management but was only offered a $40 dollar credit and no real apology for their performance.

If you want to be price gouged, have the repair done twice, supply your own parts, have the worker smoke on your property, and try to again price gouge you to use your credit card, then give Jan Ashford a call, Im sure you wont be disappointed.

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
