WOW! This is one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom was on time and is great at explaining what my issues were that day. I was out of Hot water for two days before I found Tom's company and that day he came out and was able to have the job completed within 2 hours!! This is a truly amazing company. I also loved that he cleaned up any mess that was made not leaving it to me. It's almost as if he wasn't here! Except I have a brand new water heater.

Jeremy and Patrice went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. Jeremy showed up early, figured out the problem, drove out to a specialty parts store and soon had theshower working again in minutes. Customer service was among the best I've ever experienced.

Very happy to get same day service, since having a jammed sewer line is a bit of an emergency. The guy brought everything he needed and got right at it, in 108 degree heat. I don't know how anybody can do that. He was also a very congenial person; even my Pit Bull Chloe liked him, and he actually petted her, which really deserved a tip, which I forgot. We had to do a complete bathroom renovation after water damage. Kay’s Plumbing was great to deal with for our needs. Great communication and very professional. Quick responses to emails and text messages. The work they did was of high quality and the prices they quoted were comparable to all the other quotes I got. Due to their great customer service I went with them and I highly recommend them.

We recently went to visit a friend Who lives in Peoria AZ. It was a very nice city kind of like Surprise AZ. I love the atmosphere of the whole city. We stayed at our friends house of few days.
While we were there, the toilets got clogged. so we were using the toilet in the master bedroom. Then it got clogged too. :(. My friend look up Peoria Plumbing on her smart phone and called the top 5 there, left Voicemails. Peoria Plumbing Pros called back right away and they were at the house within an hour because they were local. They were very professional and courteous. Both guys had face mask on the whole time and keep a 6ft distance. They got both Toilets fixed fairly quick and their provided excellent value. I highly recommend them to anyone living in Peoria AZ. cheers...

While there was no evidence of a leak at my home, Mike was very helpful and informative in helping me understand what exactly to look out for and how to read my meter to detect a leak

Friday morning my husband arranged thru Home Depot to have Delta Mechanical do a warranty replacement on our water heater. Delta called and would have someone at our house between noon and 3:00 pm Friday. After receiving a text that the tech was on his way, I waited over an hour with no show. I called and was told the truck had problems so not today. The service was then scheduled Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:15 I called to make sure someone was on the way. Oops. The tech called in sick and no one would be able to come.

I understand truck problems and people getting sick. What I don't get is not receiving a call letting me know. Had I not called back Friday afternoon or Saturday morning I'd still be waiting for someone to show up.

Not the way to provide customer service and make you feel valued.

I will contact Rheem Monday to see if something can be worked out with the warranty thru another Rheem plumber. But I'll eat the warranty credit before I do business with Delta or Home Depot again.

I saw the good reviews for Single Source. I called Rob and scheduled replacing my original water heater. The price seemed fair. Rob and Vince came today and installed a larger unit than the original for us. They were quick, clean and efficient. A quality product and installation. I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking for a quality repair.
