When our HW would not cover a basic thing, these guys came to the rescue. Its not cheap, but not expensive either. More importantly their customer service and guarantee is outstanding so what is that worth to you?

These guys made me loose so much time waiting on them. They would say they would get back to me to tell me when they could get me on the schedule, but then I wouldn't get a response. This happened 3 times. It appeared I was begging them to take my business. I finally gave up. Never again with these guys.
