PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.

I called Tommy to install a new water heater because another plumber told me that the tank was leaking in mine. It was still under warranty and Tommy could have charged me hundreds for the install. Instead, he told me that he thought is was just a bad element so he wanted to come over and look at it before we made any decisions. Sure enough, he came over that same day and fixed it for way less than he would have charged for the new install.
I highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. He is clearly very knowledgeable and I feel like I can trust him to do what's right.

I called Friday and he picked right away! Roland was super helpful and came the next day. Fixed what was needed and didn't over charge. He went over the charges when it was done to make sure we felt comfortable. He was fast and efficient! Will definitely call this company again!

I purchased a new gas stove only to learn there was no shut off valve on our gas line. Was told to call a plumber. I called Bumblebee to give me a quote. Plumber showed up and told me that the gas pipe was in the wrong spot. He’d need to cut into our wall move the gas line to the other side, put in a shut off valve and install the stove to be flush with the wall. Quote was $1700!! I got another quote the next day from A Better Choice Plumbing. Explained the situation and they got it installed without moving the line for $225. All it took was better evaluation and some common sense. I guess I made the better choice.Edit: I guess I wasn’t clear enough. Bumblebee quoted me 3 different scenarios with doing the bare minimum for $335. (Just adding a shut off valve.) The other company accomplished what their $1619 quote was- for $225. Just throwing that out there. Didn’t feel like Bumblebee took much time to see the real picture. The gas line did not need to be moved at all. Bumblebee was quick to make it complicated and expensive. Having a second opinion was well worth it… our gas line got a shut valve, stove was installed and sits flush with the wall for less hassle and well over $1k cheaper.

It's the third time they fixed my drain. I had a blocked drain, a broken pipe and my water heater was leaking during a recent power outage. They were able to fix everything on the spot, work with me on financing options to keep the costs down and get me back in business before the end of each day.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.
