Everything about this service was easy. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Jimmy Joe was clean, fast, and very nice. The toilet he installed in our master bath works very well and looks nice.

I just received a call from Jesse at EZ Flow and we had a very nice discussion. I could tell that he was concerned and was willing to hear what I had to say. He took full responsibility for the problem I had and reviewed how he would fix the issue for future customers. After speaking with Jesse, I would give this company another chance. We are quick to condemn but slow to praise and as I stated, I like to give folks second chances. I know I could use a few now and again myself! No person or company is perfect. What sets some apart is how they respond when they stumble. Jesse and EZ Flow stepped up, owned it and did what he could to make things right. Something that is nice to see in this day and age. Thank you, Jesse, well done. I will call you again for future plumbing needs.
Sometimes you can sense a scam and so it was with EZ flow. I used them before with a mediocre attitude about their work but I try to give folks a second chance when possible. The technician was going to charge us $216 dollars plus labor to replace a special Kohler flush valve. Imagine $400 for such a basic service? I told the tech no way were we going to pay that and he suggested that I may get the parts by calling Kohler. He would send us the parts info and Kohler's number. He never sent the info. I called the office, spoke to Morgan and she said they were in a meeting but she would have him send after the meeting was done. I am still waiting but in the interim, I did my research. All that was needed was a $7 pack of seals(3) which I got at Home Depot and did the job myself. I don't know if it was just gross incompetence or a calculated attempt to gouge a repeat customer. Either way, folks, I would stay clear of this company.
