Very satisfied with my Plumbsmart service on Wednsday. The technician (I believe his name was Dave) was on time, friendly, and professional. He replaced an (old) tubular extension piece that broke off while removing it to insert the cable drain - which easily removed the clog. He gave me helpful advice on replacing the remaining old plumbing (basket strainer) that was leaking. I also received a discount from the 1yr Service Agreement I had previously purchased. I chose not to hold it against him that he was from Wales (My mother is from Liverpool... a Scouse) Just kidding. I will continue to use Plumbsmart because of their great service and reasonable prices.Thanks you again!John Porter

AC inspections

We had Sam install a water softener system for us. He did a timely job (came within a day) and didn't leave until he was sure everything was working perfectly. He also didn't leave anything for us to clean up. I would definitely recommend him to do any job because of his professionalism and knowledge. We saved his number as a contact just in case we need him again. Highly recommend!
