Michael is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He patiently walked me through how to avoid an absolute disaster of a plumbing situation I tried to do myself but got away from me. As soon as I called Right Now Plumbing, I knew I chose correctly. The phone was picked up and I was assisted right away in choosing a day to get assistance. I got check in texts and a call beforehand to make sure we were still good for the scheduled time. Stephen was professional and helpful. He had the parts needed to make the repair and gave me some advice on how to clean some tough stains we had on the tub per a question I asked. It has been a few weeks since the repair and there is no sign of any problems. A shower that was once unusable is now working again and a toilet that was rocking is now perfect.
