Jimmy Joe was a pleasure to work with! His attention to detail is impeccable, and he did extremely thorough work. I felt that Jimmy put in the time and effort into our house that he would his own, which I feel is so rare these days. I will definitely be calling on him and only him in the future for our plumbing needs.

Fast and friendly service. Andy came to the rescue and explained what he did, he also took the time to show us where to shut off gas and water. I was worried that it would cost us an arm and a leg for emergency service but price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

Needed emergency inspection and Arid Valley was able to respond & send out a technician same day. Helped diagnose the issue and got AC back up & running. Thanks!

We had an issue with our faucet due to hard water// after installing a soft water system we found Micheal online and scheduled service// Micheal came out and removed the part that we couldn’t get off to save our lives!!!// we didn’t have the correct faucet for the replacement so he advised me where to go to get one// unlike other guys he told me he wouldn’t charge me for taking the faucet off// he told me it’s an easy install just screw it on// he even gave me some Dap Sealer so that when I get the correct part I would be all set!! He told me to call him if we had issues installing the new faucet!! I 100% suggest this guy because he is honest and not just trying to rip off a young lady off!! Thanks Michael!!

Was able to change the entire footprint of our kitchen and work with the parameters of a European kitchen design. Experienced, professional, fair price. Recently had him back to the house for a dishwasher instal. Recommend and will use again.

Jake installed both a Reverse Osmosis system and a water softener at my house. Knocked it out quickly and even bought brand new bits to ensure my granite was cut smooth and accurately.

Copper welds on my water softener look so clean it was as if it was done by factory machinery. I will always recommend Jake and First Plumbing Services.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
