I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service. I have faith in this company's professional advice and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything unnecessary towards the repair. I would highly recommend to everyone.

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. I had a leak I created under the kitchen sink and when I couldn’t fix it I called for help. He came out fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. We have used Dax several times and are always so happy with the friendly and reliable service. We recommend them all the time and will continue to do so.

I have found a plumbing company for life! (The struggle has been real.) From start to finish, they treated me with honesty, and respect. Jeff was great at helping me get scheduled with an appointment. And Frank was seriously the best plumber I've ever interacted with. I'm hands on and ask a lot of questions. He entertained all my questions and taught me a few things along the way. This is also the first time I haven't felt like I was being taken for a ride with a plumbing company with fee after fee. Thanks Frank!

This review is a little late but want to leave a review nonetheless.

My ejector pump in the basement failed in July 2021 and I ended up with water in the basement. Ended up having to file an insurance claim due to the water damage. Home warranty wouldn't cover the pump so I had pay everything out of pocket.

I shopped around for plumbers in my area and found Phend. They had the highest reviews (both google and yelp) and their prices were pretty much in line with all the other plumbing companies I contacted.

Phend was able to provide a quote and come back out within a few days (after I was done shopping around) to replace the pump. They guarantee their work for 30 days which was an added bonus!

Then in Sept, the pump alarm went off. I called Phend on a Sunday. They had a supervisor, Gino, come out to my house on Tuesday to take a look. It ended up that condensation from the AC riser was dripping on the alarm and set it off. He generously waived the service fee after explaining what the problem'was.

I would definitely give Phend a call again for any plumbing needs.

After making fresh lemonade, I tried putting lemon peels in my garbage disposal because the internet said it would make it smell nice. What it did was block my kitchen sink. So, after doing something foolish, I countered by doing something smart. I called 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Scott Epps came out promptly, fixed my clog fast, was courteous and kind. He did not call me stupid for putting lemons in my disposal. In all, I would rather not have needed a plumber, but since I did, I am glad I called 911 Heating and Plumbing and Scott Epps.

Not that it is usually a great thing to NEED a plumber, but when you do, and you know you are going to get quality service given by a professional that truly knows his stuff, then it's a great thing to have someone like Scott in your back pocket for just those occasions!!! Thank you Scott for being professional, courtesy, knowledgeable and SUPER CLEAN!!! Can't speak highly enough about you!!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
