Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

We live in the Phoenix area and being that it's June...it's HOT. Our AC went out last night. Got up this morning, called TeoPros at 7a and they were out by 11a (as promised) and had it fixed. When we called Jimmy Joe's Plumbing they told us they would come the next day as it was not an urgent repair. Terry from Jimmy Joe's Plumbing arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. Replaced water heater with a new one and replaced cold water flex line and reconnected t&p drain pipe in an efficient manner. First time using this company and will definitely use for future needs. We would recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. He took me step by step what needed to be done, gave me the price and fixed it all..!! I recommend them 100%

In our personal opinion, we did not feel that this company is very professional and we did not feel like we were treated respectfully. We feel that the situation could have been handled better and that honesty is very important. Please note: this is just our opinion based off of a one time experience.

Great quality of Service very Professional and Responsive

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
