Best Plumbing Services Based in Gilbert AZ

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

We were having trouble with our RO system. They came out and weren’t able to fix it, but they didn’t charge a service fee for this. That was crazy because most companies charge just to come out. We ended up needing to replace the system, so went with Second Opinion. They were on time, quick and clean. The RO system works even better than our other one. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

These guys were FANTASTIC! They were booked solid but didn’t want us to be out of hot water so they somehow made it happen. We called in the evening and they were there the next morning with a new water heater for install. They were super quick, down to business, and the water heater has been in for long enough now that I can confidently say they did a top quality job on the install and gave us an extremely fair price on the water heater. After using them, there’s no question we will call them again if we have a problem. They’ve well earned our future business.
