Charlie was early and able to fix my shower faucet for my mothers shower same day! and replaced the shower head with a handheld. He was also able to tell me the water quality and taught me things about my home. I definitely recommend Phend Plumbing and ask for Charlie!

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

Great service all around from everyone on the job making the appointment was quick out to the property same day I called, from our 1st initial Estimate with Jeff, to working with our insurance company and then the assessment of the large project with Jessie and their crew before getting started. Gave me a piece of mind that the job would get done and get done properly by the plumber Gabriel & Crew. I would definitely use EZ Flow Plumbing again. Thank you!!

Old sewer pipes collapsed and left me with an emergency situation. Two other companies did some demo work, and I was left with a disaster and an estimate I could not afford. Prestige Plumbing came in with an estimate that was fair and thorough (unlike the other company that wanted to charge more for less work). Their schedule was full, but they fit me in and even worked to accommodate some scheduling issues I had. I observed them working and asked a million questions, but they took the time to explain what they were doing and answered every question I had. When I ran into some issues that went beyond their portion of the job, they offered opinions and pointed me in the right direction.
This was an extensive job (they cut concrete and dug trenches in my house), and I have never seen more hardworking and respectful employees. They were honest, patient, and helpful, and they did not try to talk me into anything that was not necessary.
I won’t have to worry about plumbing for a very long time, but if I did I would call Prestige Plumbing. I am incredibly happy with the work they did, and I will refer everyone I know whether it is a leaky faucet or pipes that need to be replaced. Thanks Raul!
