I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with the crew of Thomas home services when they installed my HVAC unit. The difficulty of the install with the removal of the old unit was as challenging as the replacement unit had been since both had to be disassembled to fit through the scuttle hole in the ceiling. Chris Hamilton and his crew did a phenomenal job during the install, would highly recommend him to anyone for servicing or replacing their AC or HVAC unit. Jervon Montgomery gave me a very fair price and was very knowledgeable and professional as the sales rep, definitely an asset to the company. Again excellent service throughout. These guys will be my go to for any home service or install!
