I called them for some services and a guy said someone else is going to be calling soon. Someone called me back soon and we scheduled the service for 1:30 PM same day. He texted me saying he was late. At 4:30 I called him back and scheduled the service for next day 9:00 AM. He never showed up or answer my calling. I end up hiring another company.

We had a slow, annoying leak into the toilet bowl from a faulty fill valve in the toilet tank which needed to be replaced. Generally an easy fix except for the fact that the water shutoff valve also needed to be replaced. I called a number of plumbers but it wasn't until I reached Kevin at Grace Plumbing on the phone and he had me text photos of the toilet that things started coming together for us. John called us, came to our house and quickly, and honestly accessed the situation and fixed both issues. John was personable, friendly and took care of business. We'll be sure to use Grace Plumbing again in the future and recommend them to friends, colleagues and neighbors. Thanks again John and Kevin!!

Found them threw goggle search and decided to contact them about a issue that i had with my plumbing Kevin has been very helpful explaining everything that is going on what needs to be done and how to get it done i would recommend them to any one in the area thumbs up good work getting the job done!!!

Grace plumbing is absolutely excellent! We had a toilet overflow at night and were calling every emergency plumber in the area. Grace plumbing were the only ones who not only answered but set something up set something up with us right away. I spoke with Kevin at 12 o’clock in the morning and when I explained to him what was happening he then gave me a quick diagnostic of what he thought was happening which made me feel at ease. He was also fair and honest with pricing and explained that it could wait until the next day if we didn’t want to pay emergency fees. John then came the next day, quickly found the problem and gave great conversation! They also set up mold and water damage remediation for us which came the same day as well. Communication and quality was excellent throughout along with their third party vendor. Kind people. We’ve found our plumbers!

Yesterday we had a major leak in our garage that spilled into our master bathroom. We called 2 plumbers who said they couldn't come out on such short notice. Grace sent Terrance who was a godsend. He not only promised to come out but he actually arrived 15 minutes ahead of time! The consummate professional; not only did he fix the leak, but he took the time to explain what happened and even contacted someone to fix the drywall after the repair. Thank you Grace for outstanding service, comfort and professionalism during our time of need. We definitely will be calling you if ever the situation arises (just promise to send Terrance again)

I actually called them about an unexpected leak that we found in our home one night. I looked them up on google and read a couple of the reviews and I decided to give them a call next morning. I have to stress it is hard to find good help. I spoke with Kevin for the first time about the issue, he was extremely knowledgeable about the situation.He recommended Gary from damage control to assess the situation (also another helpful person). We thought the leak was in one part of our home-wrong. It spread in different areas of the house after the assessment from damage control. They did everything quickly. The situation would have been worst if Kevin did not call for me. Kevin fixed the situation quickly.

There was some miscommunication with the plumber that was sent out to my house, but the owner handled it professionally. He personally called me, offered to help remedy the situation, and offered suggestions on how to deal with the problem I was having. Now THAT is customer service.

Grace plumbing was amazing. We had a pipe burst in our home and we were devastated. It ruined multiple walls and almost our new tankless water heater. Very un-professional. Made 3 different attempts to set an appointment where the tech did not show up AT ALL.

On the 3rd attempt, after calling the tech (who was 25 minutes late) to get an arrival time, the tech John blamed me and started talking fast and aggressively saying I called you and it went to voicemail so I didnt come. I need to talk to you before I can come to the appointment we set to give you a 'price estimate' because some customers have balked at our prices' ..... I was floored.

If you *need* to give me a price estimate in order to come to my house, then why give me an appointment time and ask me to text you my address without doing that?

Another tech (Jim) said that he couldn't make a prior appointment time because I didn't give him my city despite giving him my address with zipcode. Does he not know that my address and zipcode are all that are needed to navigate here? That he can EASILY get my city WITH my zipcode ... AND YET my appointment was canceled over that? Geez Louise.

If you want to have to jump through a bunch of hoops, explain your issue to multiple people, have techs get aggressive with you when you call them to ask for an eta, have them cancel your appointment 3 times for reasons like: they don't know how to use a zip-code or mobile phone, or have them tell you to text them your address followed by 'we dont use texting', then use Grace !!!

If your cell phones are being paid for by your company then why can't you use them for text to speak with customers? Does it make more sense to text a customer who has tried to make multiple appointments or just to cancel them outright?

Still have 2 broken toilets.

Kevin of Grace Plumbing was able to assist in a situation that was impossible to accomplish on our own with tools we could have rented ourselves. He came over and was extremely friendly laying out what was going to happen and diagnosed the issue with ease. Following the diagnosis he then was able to give us an estimate and get to work immediately. Not only was the issue fixed in just under 5 minutes, but he was extremely thorough in making sure the issue would not come up again. The system is now performing better than it ever used to.

Me and my roommates are extremely thankful for the excellent work of Grace Plumbing along with the exceptional work of Kevin who was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in no time at all. I came home to a leaking pipe behind my toilet from my pup who chewed through it from fear of a thunderstorm. I called grace plumbing and was given a quote within minutes. Kevin came out to my house about an hour later and completely fixed the issue staying true to the quote. Professional and responsive!

Kevin took my call on a holiday most agencies are closed. kudos to Kevin who was quite patient with me due to my disability I am partially disabled and this was quite appreciated that he was quite patient with me as i tried to describe my trouble over the phone with my shower.. Kevin arrived and described what work needed to be done to repair my shower and gave an estimate how much it would cost.. I am truly grateful he quickly repaired my shower problem and was very polite the whole time! We had a leaking pipe on the side of our house. Kevin was very polite and helpful over the phone. He requested a picture and upon texting it to him he was able to offer a quote over the phone. Price was very reasonable. We scheduled a time and Kevin arrived on time and ready to go. He has a very nice personality and very easy to work with He inspected the problem and told me exactly how he was going to fix it.

Very quick and efficient. Was able to come out and replace a wax seal within an hour. Also replaced rotting bolts on the toilet. Cleaned the area after.

Also inspected a problem with the garbage disposal. Could have up-sold the issue, but found a foreign object stuck and removed it.

One day I was taking a shower and the toilet downstairs started leaking water. We called Grace Plumbing and Kevin came out to help us. After sometime trying to find the main water line we ended up having to remove the toilet inside. By me removing the toilet myself, Kevin did not charge me extra to remove it and search for the main water line. He ran a snake down the pipe and was able to clear the blockage. Thank you!

I had a water main leak and was not able to shut the meter off. I called Kevin at Grace Plumbing and he was there within 20 minutes. He was able to shut the water off, make a difficult repair due to large tree roots and had the water back on with no leaks in about 1-1/2 hr after his arrival. Thanks Kevin!

We were serviced by Ian, who was extremely professional, but also very very direct and honest in his communication, and was extremely helpful, easily approachable, and an overall great guy.

The main water pipe feeding the house broke. After reading many reviews and calling many plumbers I decided to go with Grace plumbing. I was able to take a picture and text it to the actual plumber (Kevin) to get a quote though the phone. Kevin was very nice and was at my home within an hour. He inspected the problem and told me exactly how he was going to fix it. The repair was done in 45 minutes!! This company and Kevin's customer service was excellent! I would recommend this company to everyone and I will definitely use this company again. Plus they give discounts!!

I called to fix a leak near my main water line. Kevin showed up within an hour and determined the source of the leak. Even though he had to jackhammer the concrete to make the repair my water was back on in a few hours. He even fixed my leaky hose spigot free of charge and a dicount for google review.

First off, they diagnosed my problem over the phone. I told them that two of my tree toilets were clogged, and they told me that they needed to get the big machine in to do the job because my problem was roots in the sewage pipes. They would fix it for the bargain price of $550... I called Roto Rooter, and they came out 1 1/2 hours later and actually diagnosed the problem... No roots, still got the big machine and they cleaned out my sewer pipes, I saved $250. I don't know it this is how Grace Plumbing normally handles their business, but they will never get my business, and I will tell anyone who asks to stay away.

Kevin came out to our place on the same day we called and has been very diligent. He was very knowledgeable in our problem and was very responsive with our questions. He was making sure during the service that everything(toilets and showers) were working and that our problems were solved. Our pipes had to be cleaned and he was very professional and kind during the whole service.

If I could zero stars I would. Contrary to the owner's response (conveniently two years after my initial review), Grace did do work for me. They did not fix the problem, but band-aided it, did no clean up (owner actually said they are not a cleaning agency), and tried to convince us to leave a positive review and he would take $25 off the price.

Shoddy workmanship, terrible pricing, and begging for positive reviews. Avoid at all costs.

I called Grace plumbing to come reattach a tub spout and John the plumber actually told me it wouldn't be worth my money to have them come out and do it. So he walked me through how to fix it over the phone and it's fixed! Glad to see not all companies have forgotten how to put the customer first and do right by us! Keep up the honest work guys!

Wow! This company was awesome! We are on septic and had 2 toilets in our mainhouse, a toilet in our mother-in-law apartment, and all 3 showers that did not want to drain for anything. I spent an entire Saturday plunging, tried RidX, liquid plumber down the showers, etc. to no avail.
I called Grace Plumbing late Saturday night, they asked me plenty of questions to try and understand the issue. They also explained ahead of time what the problem and solutions may be. I was told they would be out tomorrow (sunday) morning. Of course, thinking I would be sitting around waiting all day, I prepared myself. To my pleasant surprise, Kevin called me at 9:45 to let me know he would be here in 10-15min, and he was!
Kevin was very personable and helpful. He is a great guy with an incredible heart. Because he knew a weekend call could be quite pricey, he offered that I can write a review so that he can apply a discount to my invoice. I was also pleased to find out they have a military discount as well for my husband. My husband works out of town so he wasn't here for the repair, but Kevin thanked him wholeheartedly for his service. I could not be more appreciative of a man/company like this!

We just bought our house a month ago and replaced the majority of our faucets. On Saturday morning we noticed a small leak coming from three separate places under our bathroom sink. We called on Saturday morning and our phone call was returned instantly. He was the only one of three 24/7 plumbers to call back. He was out in a few hours to do all the work and gave us recommendations on water damage control. He gave us a deal on getting all the work done and he replaced our flexible hoses with pex. Super nice guy and great customer service.

Kevin was very professional and explained the repair in depth to me. We had recently moved into a new home and after getting the water service we noticed a leak between our laundry room and garage. After taking a look at the condition of the pipe we contacted Grace Plumbing to help us out. Great experience! Pipe burst leading into hot water heater on a Friday evening (why does this always happen on Friday night?). Saturated the entire wall. Called Grace, they promised to show up with 30 minutes to take a look at it. Less than 25 minutes later the owner, Kevin, was at my house. The copper pipe was the original pipe and had degraded to the point that it had burst. Within an hour he had taken the old copper pipe off in a way that left all of the good copper and had replaced the bad area (had to cut out section of wall to replace).

During the whole thing, kevin was very professional and did his best to keep the costs as low as possible (for a late Friday evening emergency job). Great service, any other plumbing needs I'll definitely be starting with grace plumbing.

I would personally like to thank everyone at Grace Plumbing for helping us out with our Bathtub Drain. They sent out Ian from Sunshine Plumbing, one of there sister companies. He did a fantastic job. He was nice, knowledgeable and even gave me some ideas to make my bathroom look a lot cooler. I highly suggest Grace Plumbing for any plumbing issues you may have. Service was amazing, punctual and quick.

Beware do not call this plumbing company!! Called for a broken pipe in the bathroom Kevin showed up charged $475 dollars, left and 20 mins later the same pipe broke again. Called him again and he stated for him to come back again he would have to charge an additional $175 dollars.

Called early this morning and left a message regarding upstairs bathtub leaking down into ceiling downstairs.

John called me in less than an hour and was at my house by 8:20 am. He is very professional and took the time to listen to my problem completely. We had an issue with our overflow drain. He walked me through the issue and took care of it promptly. He cut a small clean whole in the wall behind the tub to verify no further leaks and even called damage control to take care of the moisture. If you are looking for a professional team who knows what they are doing, look no further you have found them.

Sunday night our bathroom toilet pipe started leaking. We called several plumbers, and Grace Plumbing was the only one who returned our call.

Just called to ask for estimate to lift toilet and snake the pipe 100'... the guy quoted me $575!!??!! WHAT A RIP OFF

Absolutely the most horrible experience from any service company. The owner has anger issues. I called Grace Plumbing a week ago to schedule an appointment. Kevin, the owner, told me John, the plumber, would contact me to schedule a date and time. John called me the next day and we set Saturday at 8 am. I rearranged my work schedule so I could be home to meet John. It's 8:20 am- no John. I call Grace Plumbing several times - straight to voicemail. I call John's cell. He finally answers to tell me he had an emergency but he'll be here by 10:30. It's now 10:40 am and John's phone goes straight to voice. I call Grace plumbing. Kevin is angry at me, literally yelling at me. He said I should have called him and should not have scheduled a Saturday appointment. He went on to rant about how terrible John is and how he is going to fire him. The whole time I'm thinking is this guy for real? I told him I no longer require their service and that I'd let everyone I know know of my horrible experience. Kevin, you were inappropriate, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Shane on you and Shane on Grace Plumbing. I wish I could assign negative stars. Stay away from this terrible company!

We had a leak in water pipe I was looking for a reliable plumber. Look at Google and called the company. They responded quick and show up to do the job in my suitable time. The job was done with in hour. He was very informative about the whole process and explained every steps while he was fixing. I will highly recommend the company for any pluming job.

It was Sunday and they responded and were at my house within an hour of our first call. I am impressed with Kevin the plumber that came out and the work that he did. Kevin fixed our outside pipe and water shut off valve to be much better than before! Kevin stayed in touch with us regarding his ETA during his drive to my house. I would definitely recommend Grace Plumbing!

I needed help with my plumbing, and I have nothing but great things to say about this company and John. He was very professional and trustworthy. He came in a timely manner and did an excellent job. I plan on using this company again if I ever need work.

I had a clogged sink for that refused to drain properly no matter what drain solution I used. I called up Grace Plumbing and they sent John out the very next day. Early in the morning at that, John is a true professional, giving tips and tricks on how to maintain a functioning pipe and fixed the problem in no time. Grace Plumbing was amazing! We had just moved into our new rental property and we had plumbing issues that night. Grace Plumbing was fast, efficient, professional, courteous and reliable. Kevin was able to assess the problem in a timely manner and fix it expediently. Kevin was extremely professional, informative and friendly.

Called them on a Sunday about a leak, they did not have any available time that day but did offer to send out a damage control team to start mitigating the damage. They had a plumber out to the house first thing in the morning. John took care of our problem efficiently and professionally. The owner callrde later in the day to check on everything. I am impressed with the work and service.

I cannot review them based on their work. All I can review on is my dealings with them.

I tried to find a reputable company to fix my leaky house main pipe for a reasonable amount of money. After reading reviews, I found the owner of Grace Plumbing. I spoke with a gentleman Kevin explained to me in detail how the job could be fixed once I sent him a picture of the damaged pipe through text message.

Kevin told me that he could “probably” fix the job from the inside of the house without breaking my stucco outside and if that was the case the cost for the job would run from 325-375. This is strictly for the broken pipe. However, he promised to fix the stucco if they broke it after I explained my concern over bugs getting into the house if I couldn’t fix the stucco right away.

The next day, he told me he was sending “one of his guys” to fix the job. Since “the guy” was already on his way I just said ok. He also said he sent someone to assess the water damage. His Guy spent about 15 mins looking at the damage and then was on the phone with Kevin talking about what needed to be done. The water damage guy came at the same time and told me that they could bill the insurance but if my deductible is higher than the repair job, then I would be responsible for paying the balance. This worried me so I called Kevin, he said that he really wants to help me because I am a teacher which I thought was very thoughtful, so he said that they have to break the stucco to get to the pipe. He explained that by breaking the stucco and digging out some concrete that the job would cost 425. So I asked, 425 would repair the pipe and fix the stucco right? He said no that would only fix the pipe and digging the concrete. He told me I could bill the insurance for fixing the stucco. I was frustrated because I DIDN’T want a hole on the outside for bugs to get in. He said well if I want his guy to fix the stucco, he would send him to Home Depot to get the things needed to fix the stucco and would charge me additional 175. So now we are up to 575. I explained to him what the water damage guy said and that since this job is now “almost double” what he originally quoted of 375 plus the water damage would cost around 700 I needed to find out from my insurance what my deductible is. If my deductible is 1000 then only 275.00 would be reimbursed.

The conversation turned into a yelling match. Where I was yelled at by Kevin because he sent over someone from across town to fix a job. He yelled that his guy works on commission and that he has been at my house for a while. He said that he was under the impression that a job would be done today and that I agreed to the price he gave me. I explained that I agreed to 325-375 NOT almost double that. He said that he told me that if it could be fixed inside that it was 325-375 but if they have to go outside that it would be 650. WAIT WHAT!!!! How do we go from 325-375, then to 425, then 575, now 650? I exploded, I yell at him, damn straight I did, I said you NEVER TOLD ME 650. That number never left his mouth. He then said to me, we are just going to part ways. I said no problem. And that was the end of that. After about an hour Kevin called me back, and tried to save the sale but after yelling at me and wanting to part ways, how can I feel good about doing business with someone who yelled at me.

The choice to go with them is all on you. Maybe I was unreasonable, maybe 650 is a good deal, maybe they do great work. But if I had been told the whole story of 650 from the BEGINNING I would have cut the call from the BEGINNING. It was HIS water damage guy who explained the details of deductibles to me, I could have had a huge bill that I may not have been able to pay. This could have been avoided right from the beginning had things been handled with my true interest in mind and not at “Just making a sale”
