Pro-Plumb Plumbing

When I discovered a leaking pipe near my water heater, Pro-Plumb was able to schedule me an appointment within 4 hours, and they even showed up early. I'm very happy with the service. The price seemed fair and affordable to me, although I wish they had been up-front about the potential costs, but I can imagine it would be difficult to estimate without first looking at the damage.

Not all plumbing needs are emergencies, but many of them are. Mine was, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service that Ken provided for me. Roots from a fallen tree had cracked my main water line, but it took nearly 2 weeks for the water to surface. I then immediately looked for a plumber and called a larger company. They couldn't come out for a few days and that was just to access it. Actual work couldn't start until a week after that. So I called a smaller company, Pro-Plumb Plumbing came out and accessed the problem. Ken went to buy parts and fixed it all on the same day. Hallelujah, I was good to go in just a couple of hours at a fair price! Thanks Ken, and hopefully I'll never have another plumbing emergency, but if I do, I know who to call.

We have been a customer of Ken's at Pro-Plumb for several years. He has gotten us out of many difficult situations, and is reasonably priced. True professionalism, and there is nowhere else I would turn for plumbing needs. Thumbs up Pro-Plumb!

Extremely satisfied with our service today. The gentleman came in and fixed what was needed and quickly. Price is good. Would definitely recommend them and will use them for service in the future!
