Charles did a great job with helping me figure out a plumbing issue that I had with my bathroom pipes. He responded to my call quickly and was able to replace the problem pipe in the same day. Charles is very transparent with his pricing and doesn’t try to upsell any plumbing work, which is awesome. I’m thankful I found a Friendly Plumber here in Denver.

A little late on the review…but Charles did amazing work extending our gas line and fixing some plumbing issues a month or so ago. Professional, easy going, efficient and excellent quality/skill… pricing was significantly better than every other company I contacted without sacrificing quality. Charles was great! And I highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for a plumber. Charles helped install a natural gas fire pit in my backyard which was originally supposed to be a quote. Charles' price was fair and he was ready to work. He was fast, friendly, professional and did an outstanding job with the work. By far, the most important thing is that the install was clean. Not sloppy or messy like other plumbers I have used in the past. 10/10, I will keep using Charles from here on out!

I hired Friendly Plumbing to install a utility sink in my laundry room and they did a great job. Charles was very professional and helpful when he came to give a free quote, and came back two additional times to do the job. The 2nd visit was to install the lines which he did while leaving as much of the drywall in tact as he could. After I had repaired the drywall and painted he came back to install the sink which was really quick and I’m really pleased with the end result. Despite a scheduling challenge, Charles was communicative and thorough. The work was done at the quoted price and I’ll certainly be calling Friendly Plumbing for future needs.

I needed help moving a gas line that was preventing us from sliding our new electric range into place. Charles got in touch right away, and continued to coordinate around my schedule despite some annoying requests from me to reschedule. Because of my frequent schedule changes, we ended up with a little confusion about the date to do the work. Nevertheless, Charles got out to the house quickly, knocked out the work in a tight crawl space, and along the way gave me some honest advice about my water heater that saved me money and time. Friendly is certainly a great adjective for this plumbing service and I’ll be using them again the next time I need help.

I called Friendly Plumbing on a Friday they came the same day to give an estimate on installing a gas line for our new stove. Charles came out went over all the work to be done and said he could get started Monday. He was professional, on time (actually early!) and very helpful. Charles has worked for me over the past two years in my own home and rental properties, on a variety of jobs, and he has been nothing but helpful and efficient. I can't recommend him highly enough. He doesn't come cheap, but compared to the big box contractors it's worth it to have someone reliable to work with.

Charles installed a new gas line for us for the grill and fire pit. He was very responsive. Punctual. Affordable. And reliable. He did a great job and the gas is flowing. Very friendly and would have him work on any job needed in the house.

I highly recommend! Charles responded to my concerns about a broken exterior pipe immediately. He came out the next day and gave me a quote. He was reasonably priced, timely, and efficient. The job ended up requiring repiping internal pipes in an area without an access panel. He was clean and tidy and left an easy access panel at the completion of his work.
