I had been dreading my sewer repair since I purchased the house. Mario made the whole thing seamless. My life wasn’t disrupted. He was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and was cost effective. The repair was done quickly and I sort of wondered why I had been so dramatic. But I thought sewers were dramatic??
You should hire him! (My repair was done in anticipation of the new sellwood sewer line connection.. and now it’s all ready to connect next summer!)

Awesome company. I highly recommend them for any sewer service you need or any service they perform. Polite knowledgeable flexible professional. Amazing guy. I can’t say enough good about this company. He goes above and beyond his job and make sure it is done right. I bought a House that had sewer problems and he needs exactly what needed to be done. Two days later my sewer is fixed. I was stressed thinking maybe I would be without water for 2 days. Once he started he said only a few hours I would be without water. So thank you! Look no further for all your plumbing needs. If I could give more stars I would. I have zero complaints nothing negative it was the smoothest process.

Mario is amazing. Very easy to work with. Talks over the phone and tells you how things are in a way you can understand. In my case he came out to unplug the drain to the septic instead he helped us find out our septic tank and showed me that it was full and needed pumped. He didn’t even charge me for the trip although he certainly could have as his service was valuable. I highly recommend Smitty’s if you’re looking for a place where you can quickly get a response from a human who will treat you fairly and do very good work if you need it.

Mario and Smitty's Sewer Service were fantastic! Very responsive, exactly on time, with a can do attitude. We had a tricky problem with the outflow pipe of our septic that Mario came up with a good plan for, and clearly explained every step of the repair. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the high labor costs today. We Highly recommend Smitty's for any septic or sewer issues you need resolved. Would've given 6 stars!

Mario was wonderful! He was able to help fix a leaking pipe a few days before Christmas and the water was coming into my basement. I was so grateful for his professionalism and his scheduling. We had an issue with our gutter drain field. Even though gutters had been cleaned, they were not draining. Smitty's workers came over and dug up the area. Found the pipe connected, a new drain pipe and a pop-up. This looks like it will take care of the problem. They did good work and were reasonably priced. They put things back as they found them. I would recommend using them for your drain & sewer needs. Kyla

Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

As most people reading reviews know it is rare to find a contractor who is good to their word through every phase of a project. Mario and Smitty's Sewer Service I am glad to report are the exception to that rule. Mario and his team did a job for my seller client and were not only punctual but did exactly what they said they would do, in the time they said they would, and completed the job UNDER the cost they had bid to do the job. I called Mario about a leaky main. He answered right away and said he'd come over in an hour. He quickly assessed the situation, gave us a reasonable estimate, and immediately called the locator service to come out ASAP. He came back the next day and fixed our problem in an hour or so. I really appreciated his quick response and him not trying to upsell us like the other plumbers we had called. Great service!

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Friendly. Repaired my sewer line quickly and professionally. Smitty has a lot of experience. Believe he spent many years with Pro Drain(also has provided me good service) before going it on his own.

Mario @ Smittys Sewer Repair replaced part of my sewer line, and then ran CIPP through the rest of the sewer line. They made sure the tree roots were gone before they continued their work. The men on the crew were efficient, friendly and professional. They cleaned up as they did the work. They were usually early each morning. Plus they advised me at each step of the way what they were doing and when they would be doing the work. I would highly recommend them.

Smitty's Sewer was recommended as a company able to deal with a potentially broken storm drain pipe. They were responsive and fitted us into their schedule both for the initial evaluation and for doing the work (turns out we needed to have a rain garden installed to avoid the broken storm drain). In December 2022 when everyone is scheduling into January Smitty's was ready to take on this relatively small job almost immediately. Mario made the whole thing seamless and our larger remodeling plans were not disrupted but greatly helped by his responsiveness. The company was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and provided cost effective service. Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

The best peoples from this company. Mario and his crews are the best kind of people you need for all your sewer systems services. They even unclogged my pine needle filled gutter after they finished fixing my sewer system because they notice a waterfall above my garage. They were so kind.
