Elliot was very responsive and extremely professional. Communicating with him was very easy - and he was able to repair a ceiling fan in a short time.

The ceiling lights in several of the rooms were buzzing so badly we were unable to teach lessons in there. We called Mr. Saputelli because he was local. He inspected the rooms and quoted us a fair price. When the work was completed the rooms were completely silent. We were very happy!

This company is reliable, trustful and reasonable. Everytime I call them for service the job gets done on time. I recomend this company to my friends, coworkers,and others.

Top quality work by top quality electrician's very professional extremely courteous and always willing to work with my time schedule would not use another electrical contract even if it was free.

I had Pelican Electrical redo the entire wiring in my house, top to bottom, every switch, outlet, light fixture, and even the electrical panel due to having very old wiring. I had other electricians come in previously to fix various issues here and there and I was never pleased with the work, but not these guys. Every day they came in on time and got to work right away. They left my house meticulously clean when they left for the day. They knew exactly what they were doing and even gave me some brilliant suggestions of adding outlets in certain places that made my house incredibly more practical. They finished the project on time and more importantly there wasn’t a single issue, so to say I’m pleased with Pelican Electrical would be an understatement. I STRONGLY recommend them for any project you have, and if I could give more than 5/5 stars I 100% would.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANYI contacted BDE on Thumbtack for an electrical panel install which failed inspection. Ryan said he would take care of it and did not respond to my calls or texts. He also was supposed to credit back for the permit fee and send me a referral fee for my neighbors job which he never did. My neighbor bought parts for installation and he stopped responding and blocked our calls, we have no way of contacting him. Do not use this company or Ryan. Very dissatisfied with this unprofessional service and behavior!!

Did not complete the job fully. Forget about hearing back from them once they have your money, your satisfaction no longer matters at that point apparently
