Warranty company sent Mr Penny to our home, told me what the issues were and said that he would be able to fix the fuse that had blown. Well, paid him the 65 dollars for coming out and asked if he could come back at a certain date and time and twice, no call no show. If the job was to much for you to handle, common decency would be to say so. Yes we have an older home and we see that we will have problems for now but don't just take people's money.
It's called common decency, honest and respect.
I thought seeing one of our people who could do the job was wonderful and I would have gladly spoke of their work.
