The electricians from Spark Electric were top notch in every way. They were courteous, efficient, professional, and obviously knew the business of totally wiring a new structure. The men were all personable, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. The work was done very reasonably and I would recommend Spark Electric to anyone in need of electrical work.

I used Jesco for a commercial project and they were fantastic!

Jake gave me an affordable estimate of the cost for the work I needed and his availability. He can back 2 days later at the scheduled time for the work on my breaker panel. He had to come back a week later and repair a different persons work with my outlets in the bathroom. I will be hiring Jake again when I start my other remodeling projects.

Vechile license plate ending with 55V cut me off and went 5 under the speed limit. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend these people if they practice buisness in this manner. Driver didn't even bother to look to get back over.

Service was great Ken (owner) did exactly what he said he would do and when he said he would. The quote given was all that I was charged. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges. I'm very impressed with Surefix Electric and will call on them again for any of my electrical needs.

If, by chance, you had hired this company to do some work for you, please be mindful that they could arrive either aggressively early or staggeringly late. Ironically, in either case, the cause might be due to the driver either successfully travelling from Moore toward Edmond through construction zones at ~80-90 mph without a collision, OR nearly causing multiple collisions on I-235 and I-35. To the owner, might I suggest not tailgating at 80 mph in a construction zone, weaving in and out of traffic during rush hour (sans signal, of course)? I sincerely hope your business practices are far better than your driving, which were staggeringly idiotic and irresponsible today.

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

$180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.

It looked very closed.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered 3000 sq ft of carpet for a project with my company. We ordered it for delivery and after the order was placed and processed we realized the delivery time was going to be slightly later than we needed it, so we changed it to pick up. After all the confusion of whether or not our 5 gigantic rolls of carpet were even here, the rep with the apron titled, The Don, treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience he's ever had to deal with. After he couldn't figure out what was going on with my order, he sat back at his computer and started talking to another customer and completely ignored me. I went to the flooring department where a really nice woman helped me out and walked me through every step of loading up my order. She is the only reason i didnt completely cancel my order on the spot, and she's the only thing that saved home depot from receiving one star. I will not be placing any more orders with home depot from this point on. I will also be calling corporate to let them know how unsatisfied i am with their company. Im sure The Don could care less about the customer service he provides if it means he has to get up from that computer station im sure he sits at all day.
