For a second time, we needed our granddaughter's tree swing hung and Shane came through for us again, driving from Greensboro to Burlington, even going the second mile and trimming limbs that were in the way, all while it was storming !! He even took a couple of swings for himself just to insure its safety. That's service !!

We had a frost free faucet replaced and a Sediment filter installed by Bill and he did a GREAT job! He was professional, efficient and reasonable. He provided a one year parts AND labor warranty. Emil and Brooks were pleasant to have in our home. They worked well together and did a fine job on our shower fixture and outside faucet. All Plumbing should be happy to have these two gentlemen on their team.

Mr Beale did some necessary plumbing work in our home a few months ago. He called and worked my time sensitive sink hook up to an old home connection that we had tried to do ourselves after 5 trips to Lowes😂. We should have just called him sooner! Hard worker, got the job done, done well & cleaned up well after. Highly recommend 👍

Very responsive and a man of his word. I know all these septic repair operators stay busy, but Donahue was one of only a couple of the eight that I called who actually returned my call in a timely manner. He arrived the same day and after making a quick test and diagnosis, returned the next day with the new pump even before the promised time and had my system up and running again. The charge was very reasonable -- I was expecting a lot more.

I had a water leak in my laundry room. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate. It was installed the next day. Great job! Reasonable price. Also replaced toilet and faucet in my mother's house. Again, very professional and great job. Will call on them again for all plumbing needs

I call them to set up appointment to have them come to fix my drain problem, but were so rude and it nade me feel I call the wrong place. You should understand we customers should be treated with respect and not act like know everything you are not plumber and you have no phone skills. Think about being kind and understanding instead of trying get me off the phone

Mark sure knows alot about plumbing. He fixed a drain stoppage problem darn near over the phone. He told me on the phone what the problem was and then came out and fixed it. I haven,t had a problem since and it,s been six months.

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
