We brought Ricardo in for a sump pump issue a while ago. He handled it so well we had him come back for more work on a new building that was having severe HVAC issues due to improper installation by the developers. He solved that, and about 3 other issues along the way for a fair (not cheap, just fair) price. Ricardo became a bit like family during that time. Everyone put great care into our schedule and cleaning up. He called ahead and was always on time. All in all it’s rare to find businesses like this and I recommend them completely.

Minus one if I could. I was referred to him by a mutual contact which I mentioned on first speaking to him. He was scheduled to come to my apartment. He never showed up and he never called. I called him the next day to see what had happened. He accused me of playing a joke on him as the address wasn't real. As I tried to clarify the address to him he kept yelling at me that I was playing a joke on him, not to waste his time and to never call him again. Well, isn't that nice!!!!!!
