Be warned; these guys are hopeless. The 4.9 stars had to be fake - it's now 4.8 after this review. Tried to get them to do a simple light switch job in Manhattan; they are so disorganized they couldn't get 2 forms the coop needed filled out. 20 phone calls got me nowhere- every time I called, a different person answers. I waited 2 hours one time for one of their guys to show up, then he calls and tells me was in a car crash; ok - then I call again - 'oh, I don't feel so good'..etc, etc. it's like a joke they are so disorganized; very unprofressional.
Save your time, and call someone else.

STAFF WAS INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE!!! WE TOOK JAXTYN ELECTRICIAN FOR SOME ELECTRICAL ISSUES IN OUR HOUSE.

THEY WERE ACCOMMODATING AND GAVE GAVE US A FAIR AND COMPETITIVE QUOTE.

THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB IN IN SPITE THE MESS THE WORK DID, THEY LEFT THE PLACE TOTALLY CLEAN.

GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

DO NOT USE. This place is a complete fraud. They came to my apartment to have an initial visit where they had me pay them upfront. They were supposed to come back the following day, but they never showed up. I have been calling every day for the past 3 weeks to try to reschedule and they are refusing to finish the job. I’ve tried escalating this to management and no manager will reach out. Do yourself a favor and use a different electrician.

The best price in town!!! Thank you for amazing work!! i had 2 ceiling fans, lamp,dimmers and tv installed..great price done in a timely manner..highly recommend! Give them a call..
